This chap almost left it too late as the Council had obtained a Summons and Charging Order for over £100.00 against him. However, by using our system both were recently overturned by way of a simple (third & final) letter/defence to the 'Enforcement Section' of the bulk center at Northampton County Court as shown in this Court Order.
It is very unlikely the Council will take any further action as they have now exhausted all their usual options and will not want to continue throwing good money after bad to crowbar payment out of him!
