Late in the day, another person successfully used our system to set aside a recent Summons and Charging Order for over £105.00 against him per this Court Order from the 'Enforcement Section' of the bulk center at Northampton County Court.
It is very unlikely the Council will take any further action as they have now exhausted all their usual options and will not want to continue throwing good money after bad to crowbar payment out of him!
